It is interesting to see how they will progress. I really like how he laid out the future of the company by talking about how it will be largely reactionary and based upon user habits and feedback. This is certainly an excellent strategy to follow – because aside from filling a need by creating we often cannot anticipate all other needs features until it is in front of the audience.
